Superlift Releases Upgraded Jeep JK Wrangler Rear Track Bar Brackets

West Monroe, LA: Some 2007-2009 JK Wranglers have experienced factory weld failure where the OE rear track bar bracket attaches to the axle housing. At some time in 2008 (exact date unknown), Chrysler strengthened the weld area. Considering this potential "weak link," Superlift now includes a cost-effective weld-on brace  (PN 5730) with all Superlift 4" JK lifts and Black Diamond 3" JK systems (PN 810590) packaged as of February 1, 2009. The weld-on brace can also be used on a stock JK, or on a lifted JK that is returned to stock height.

An optional bolt-on track bar bracket with an integrated brace is offered for JK owners who don’t want to weld. Both braces should be compatible with other brands of 2"-4" suspension lifts, although the parts must be fit-checked to verify.
