Superlift Offers A 7" Replacement-Knuckle Lift System For 1999-2006 Chevy/GMC C1500 Extended Cab Pickups

West Monroe, LA: Superlift accommodates 1999-2006 GM 1/2-ton 2WD pickup owners who want to run up to 35"-tall rubber for improved ground clearance. At the heart of this high-performance suspension system is new coil springs, replacement steering knuckles, lower control-arm crossmembers and Superlift's unique suspension-travel control system.

The kit's taller front coil springs have a slightly heavier rate to compensate for the additional loads generated by wider and heavier tires and wheels. Replacement steering knuckles are the same units used in Superlift's time-proven 4WD Chevy/GMC lift systems.

Proper travel control is crucial for driveability. Superlift replaces the front compression travel-stops with new units designed specifically for the vehicle. These new stops feature a higher compression rate to accommodate the increased mass of larger aftermarket tires and wheels. The exclusive system includes shims that allow ride and handling characteristics to be precisely "tuned": increase stop-to-control-arm clearance for a more compliant ride; reduce stop clearance for a firmer ride and more control. Superlift also includes new extension travel-stop brackets to ensure proper engagement and control.

Rear leveling is accomplished with 5" blocks. This cost-effective method retains the factory springs for like-stock ride and cargo capacity. Four Superide shocks are included with the kit. Optional monotube shock choices are Superide Select Series (SS) or Superide Select Series with remote reservoir (SSR). Other extras include a stainless steel skidplate, the TruSpeed speed signal recalibrator, Torque-Max traction bars, Rail Wraps stainless steel frame panels and an eXtreme Ring rear diff-cover protector. All Superlift components are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
