Detroit Muscle Authentic Speedwear Supports Food Bank

Detroit, MI: Detroit Muscle Authentic Speedwear -- an apparel line inspired by the Motor City -- continues to support Michigan-based food banks. Frequently, Detroit Muscle donates 10% of its sales from select events to area food banks.

"Cities like Detroit, Flint, Youngstown, all these great factory towns are still struggling after the downturn in the automotive sector," Detroit Muscle co-founder L.J. Lobsinger Jr. says. "We decided to give back to the region that's given so much to automotive enthusiasts."

The next event where Detroit Muscle puts shirts on motorheads' backs and food in the less-fortunates' stomachs is Back To The Bricks Weekend 2010. Held August 17-21 in Flint, the 2010 spectacle is expect to surpass 2009's 25,000 vehicles and 250,000 spectators. Detroit Muscle apparel sales here will benefit the East Side Food Bank.
