Detroit Muscle's Back To The Bricks Benefit

Detroit, MI: Detroit Muscle Authentic Speedwear unveils a new shirt design to commemorate the Back To The Bricks Cruise Weekend August 11-15, 2009 in Flint, Michigan. Detroit Muscle will donate 10% of all gross proceeds from apparel sales at the event to the Eastern Michigan Food Bank. "Back to the Bricks has been one of our favorite events since we launched the clothing line in 2005," says Detroit Muscle co-founder L.J. Lobsinger, Jr. "Both the event and the region have supported and inspired Detroit Muscle speedware. This year we're giving back to our fellow Michiganders, who've been hit hard by the economic downturn."

Now in its fifth year, Flint's Back To The Bricks Cruise Weekend has become a top destination for car fanatics, particularly GM enthusiasts. Estimated 2008 attendance was more than 20,000 cars and 120,000 people. Attractions include a drive-in movie, a rolling cruise, a car show, concerts (including a tribute to Elvis), NSRA safety inspections, a fire-truck roundup and door prizes. Detroit Muscle will be one of many vendors in the marketplace.
