Ansani Designs Releases Fiberglass Light Bumper Insert For Toyota Tundra

Tempe, AZ: Ansani Designs new fiberglass front bumper insert allows late-model Tundras to see and be seen. Designed for 2007-current Tundras, this insert is a direct replacement for the factory urethane section. Ansani Designs manufactures the inserts by hand in America. For maximum strength with lightest possible weight, uni-directional fiberglass mat and polyester resin are used. Each bumper insert is shipped in primer-ready gelcoat so it can be easily painted to match the vehicle. Optionally, Ansani Designs can paint the insert using the factory color codes.

Hydro-printing is also available. This process involves using water pressure to apply pre-printed film evenly to all contours. Hundreds of hydro-print patterns are possible. These include carbon-fibers, metals, camos, animal skins, woodgrains, and even hundred-dollar bills. For protection, clear-coat is sprayed on after the graphic is applied.

The Ansani Designs Tundra bumper insert includes three mounting pods molded specifically for 8-inch-diameter KC Rally 800 lights (not included). Installation re-uses the factory hardware.
